Our members include more than 20,000 contacts from North American utilities and energy companies and the distributors and suppliers that work with them.
We support our members through the process of buying and selling surplus assets. Our platform and account management team facilitate and streamline our members transactions, providing insight and integrating best practices all along the way.
Veracity Connect and the account management team help manage and market industry surplus, document and record transaction activity, validate listing details, verify seller and buyer credentials, and retain transaction related documentation.

He is the owner and founder of Brighton Woodworking Machinery inc., a successful industrial machinery brokerage and sales company.
As Chair of our Executive Sub-Committee, Glenn acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the business itself. Over and above his tech executive credentials and his technology resource-brokering business experience, Glenn brings a wealth of experience building and advising early-stage businesses.
Mike has over 35 years experience in the areas of IT operations, IT development, and Project Management. Through his career he has managed many areas of business operations, implementing best practices in IT Service Management, Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
